Program overview
Expand access by starting your own clinic
Our mission is to transform behavioral healthcare and increase access for every family who needs it. That’s why we believe in empowering BCBAs to open their own clinics—because more clinics mean more children with autism get the care they deserve.
Through the Starter program, we put that mission into action by giving BCBAs, like you, the resources, technology, and support needed to open a thriving ABA clinic.

Starters get $2,500 distributions at 8 milestone-based timepoints that can support launching your clinic.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI Native Clinic?
An AI-native clinic is built around AI as a core foundation, not an add-on. A healthcare clinic that is designed from the ground up to use artificial intelligence in its daily operations, clinical workflows, and patient care—rather than just adding AI tools on top of traditional systems.
What is the Frontera Starter Stipend?
We distribute $20K across 8 installments geared towards specific milestones as you start your practice.
Who should apply to Frontera Starter?
Quality clinicians looking to build a tech-forward business serving children. You should be excited about the idea of building something new and ready to jump in quickly.
